Nine Month Lull

You'll have to forgive the 9-month pause between posts. Think of it as a blog gestation - a pregnant pause of the pen. Now that we've been through the incubatory silence, we can expect a veritable geyser of creativity and lovely photos to rush forth, geyser-like, onto the vast volcanic flats of the internet.

Perhaps the whole geothermal metaphor is now stretched father than it should be. Much like the pregnancy metaphor before it.
